Navigate to CGT's Customer Activities Web site and click the orange "login" button in the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the login screen. Just left of the sign in box, click the link that says, "Forgot your Password?". Enter your UserName and E-Mail address and click the "Recover Password" button. An email will then be sent to you that contains a hyperlink that will take you to a password reset page. You have 1 hour to reset your password.
