Carolina Gas Transmission - 3rd Annual Shipper Meeting
3rd Annual Shipper Meeting
Carolina Gas Transmission would like to invite you to our 3rd Annual Shipper Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the Marriott Columbia.

Meeting Information
The meeting will begin with registration and a continental breakfast from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and should conclude by 2:00 PM. Parking will be provided.

The meeting will cover a wide variety of topics to include the latest issues and updates regarding CGT operations, customer service enhancements, industry updates and other items as we prepare for winter operations.

CGT is also pleased to announce our guest speaker for this year's meeting. Michael Rogers is an author, journalist and futurist who consults with both startups and Fortune 500 companies. He is a frequent guest on television and radio and speaks to audiences worldwide. He serves as the Futurist-in-Residence for The New York Times and writes the "Practical Futurist" column for MSNBC. He has written for The Washington Post, Newsweek, and Rolling Stone among others. He will share his insight on the future that we face and how technology and generational changes will impact us all. You can learn more about Michael Rogers at his website MichaelRogers.com. We believe his comments will benefit us all as we emerge from this economic downturn and plan for future success.

We will have four break-out sessions after lunch on the following topics: capacity release enhancements; OFO overview; gas technologies; and an operations overview. There will be two topics offered at a time, so you will be able to attend up to two of these sessions. You will have an opportunity to indicate which break-out sessions you would like to attend on the registration link below.

EBB User's Forum and Training
CGT is offering a ½ day EBB User Forum and training session on the morning of Wednesday, October 21. The first part of the meeting will be dedicated to collecting user input and feedback regarding recent EBB enhancements. Once complete, the training will begin and will be targeted to individuals who may be new to either CGT or the EBB, or those who may need a refresher. It will include a brief overview of the business rules that govern our services along with a significant "hands on" period where you will navigate through the EBB to learn how to view data and transact business on CGT. CGT personnel will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the EBB or service from CGT. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to attend this training. A continental breakfast will be provided at 8:30 am and the session will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude around noon. Training will be held at CGT's campus in Cayce, SC. Upon receipt of your registration, directions to the training center will be sent.
